At West-Elder Real Estate, all

This agency evolved from a second generation REALTOR
raised in a family owned business, Bird-Elder Real
Estate/Insurance, which was quite active in the
Texas Association of REALTORS and local associations.

or selling homes throughout Dallas and surrounding
areas. As an individual agent, my annual average
sales volume is eight million dollars. I work with
sales price ranges from investment condos priced
in the $40s to luxury custom homes over $1 million.
The average list price my clients seek is between
$200,000 to $300,000.
