Eila is a REALTOR with Page Taft GMAC Real Estate in Madison, Connecticut. She is also partner and property manager at EiHo Productions, LLC. She co-owns and manages properties in Guilford, Connecticut; East Haven, Connecticut; New Haven, Connecticut and Salt Spring Island, British Columbia, Canada. She has owned property in Northport, New York; Malverne, New York; Altamont, New York and Bolton Landing, New York. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business/Marketing from the University of Phoenix. At Holistic Studies Institute in Albany, New York, she was a teacher of psychic development, therapeutic touch and trance mediumship as well as Vice President of their Board of Directors.

Eila is the co-chairperson of the Connecticut Stonewall Foundation, Inc. aka Stonewall Speakers. She is a passionate speaker and has been a Stonewall Speakers for the past three years; is part of the Love Makes A Family speaking bureau; and has been active with New Haven Toastmasters, receiving her CTM with them. Eila has spoken at many high schools, colleges and community groups about lesbian and gay topics, including marriage equality. Having a strong interest in leadership, Eila completed the Coaches Training Institute's Leadership program.

She was married in British Columbia, Canada to Holly Algood in March, 2005. They live in Madison, CT and summer on Salt Spring Island, BC, Canada with their cat, Morgan. Eila and Holly own 3 Toyota Prius's as a way to decrease their footprint on the earth. Eila is an avid tennis player, drummer and meditator. She has studied voice, piano, trumpet and harp; enjoys listening, watching and playing music.

She is a published author. The Contemporary Review which is a literary journal out of Great Britain, published, under her former married name of Eileen F. Rizzuto, an article entitled "Princess Diana's Funeral: A Personal Journey". Eila was born on July 25, 1960 in Brooklyn, New York and given the name Eileen! Frances Goodman. Her brother is Kenneth T. Goodman; parents ! are Jane and Irving Goodman; children are Kristin Nicole Rizzuto and Montana West Rizzuto.
