A Pennsylvania native, Harris has been selling real estate in Colorado since 1979. He is one of less than 1500 real estate professionals in the United States to have earned both the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designations.

Harris has managed several of the area's most prestigious real estate firms prior to forming Rocky Mountain Real Estate Group. He received his BA from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA, and his MS in Community Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University in 1976.

Harris is an avid tennis buff, underwater photographer, motorcycle enthusiast and sailor. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors to the president of Dickinson College.
