Continually striving to learn and grow, Pat traded in her salesperson license for a VA Real Estate Broker license in 2006. She has achieved the prestigious Accredited Buyer Representative designation from the National Association of Realtors and is working on the Certified Residential Specialist designation. She has been doing Property Management for over 15 years and is considered a Property Management expert among her peers.

Pat is a founding member of Hampton Roads Business OutReach, the local affiliate of the National GLTB Chamber of Commerce and serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors. Pat is the volunteer captain of the Peninsula Community Action Team of Equality Virginia and volunteers (in her spare time!) at the local SPCA. Pat is also a former member of the Board of Directors of New Life MCC and volunteer for Hampton Roads Pride.

Pat moved to Hampton Roads from NJ in 1988 and never wanted to leave! She has lived "on both sides of the water" and knows all the cities well. Her two sons are both in college in CO, so she keeps company with her four-legged babies. Pat enjoys kayaking, volunteering for Equality Virginia and meeting new people.
