| I'm a Realtor with Prudential California Realty in San Francisco. Originally from Michigan, I've lived in San Francisco for the last 14 years and couldn't be happier anywhere else.
My passion for real estate and
architecture, especially the old stuff, led me to
this career. I'm a preservationist at heart yet
I appreciate and understand modern design as well
as its benefits and appeal.
My broad business background
consists of Securities, Accounting and most importantly,
Finance. I have over 4 years underwriting/financing
experience with commercial real estate, having closed
some 30 escrows. I understand the numbers and can
explain them to you in basic, everyday terms.
I received my Bachelors Degree
in Business Administration with a concentration
in Finance from the University of Michigan. Before
moving to San Francisco, I began a Masters Program
in Historic Preservation Planning at Eastern Michigan
University.
In my spare time I like to play
tennis and give French lessons. My other interests
include philosophy, old cars (I was raised near
the Motor City!), astrology, history, board games/poker
with the guys, nature/hiking/planting things and
checking out SF neighborhoods.
