Frequently asked Questions and Answers

Question How much can one expect to negotiate down on an offer when buying a home?

Answer If a property is priced fairly from the beginning, probably a couple thousand depending on the Sellers motivation. How do I know where to find a good mortgage lender? You must be careful here. Because the lenders know you don't know what you are talking about or what to expect, many lenders will disclose to you high fees and you sign saying you agree to them. What you don't know is those fees may not have to be that high and maybe the lender isn't looking out for your best interests. It is always wise to have the advice of your REALTOR to get you the proper mortgage lender to work with.
