Will my family and I be welcome
in Seattle?

I can only answer from personal
experience. I have never known of any incidents of discrimination
or of any "you're not welcome here!" attitude toward my gay,
lesbian, transgender, bi-sexual clients. Of course I cannot
say it never happens, but it has not happened in my personal
experience with my clients. The clientele I primarily serve
is the gay and lesbian community. I have connections with
many lenders that are in the gay and lesbian community and
are highly competitive in pricing. They offer excellent service.
I will be glad to pass on these names to you when you are
ready to speak with a lender. Transportation and traffic are
our biggest issues. I sit down with you and discuss your various
neighborhood options to make getting to your work as easy
