Frequently asked Questions and Answers

Question Why should home sellers obtain various inspections prior to showing their homes to any buyers?

Answer Don't the buyers get their own inspections after their contract is accepted? Answer: While buyers do have the right to obtain a number of inspections after contract acceptance, home sellers can increase their net proceeds, often by substantial amounts, by discovering and either disclosing or correcting various "defects" prior to showing the home. My exclusive "Blue Ribbon Preferred" program explains this in detail. E-mail me for more information on this valuable, proactive approach to selling a home.
